Description: Paddleboarding is a fun, low-impact and effective core workout. In this two hour skills-focused class we review fundamental strokes then focus on fine-tuning basic skills for efficient paddling technique and move on to more advanced maneuvers. You will also get try out different styles of boards and paddles. This course runs every other Tuesday evening from mid-June through August.
